I had submitted Recharge coupen to distributor (Sri Krishna Agencies) three year back and second time nine month back for exchange due to modification done by the company and card is not valid, but till today we have not received recharge coupen or any payment in exchange. so i request you to kindly look on this matter. this case can be treated as fraud case against company.
