My IFB washing machine is covered under AMC valid upto dec. I made a complaint to the mumbai office on 22 Feb for some noice at the time of spinning.. Some person from the company came the next day and told that washing drem has to be changed and change in after 4-5 days but that time the persons told problem with power supply and others techenical problem He promised to repair/ change the component on the comming day. Despite my repeated telephones to your office at Mumbai and assurances given by the person attending the calls, no body has come to repair the machine. I do not know the reasons for the delay. If there is some problem then I should be informed so that some alernative arrangements could be made. Negligence and carelessness on the part of your office has been causing great incovenience and avoidable expenditure on the washing of cloths in the washing shop for which you company is responsible. Today - is 25 th day the problem is not solved.
