We are registered with this organization for getting of Marriage & catering service leads. we have booked with this organization in the High package of combo pack. Now we have booked for Rs. 1, 20, 000/- per year package. As they have promised while on the booking they will send minimum of 20 leads in a day. whereas they use to send non-related leads and they them self make the numbers of customers and send to us. We have several times informed to their office by way of mail also over the phone. There is no steps has been taken from the Just dial.com organization. They themselves made the internal competition between the caterers in the market. Please note that this type of very very poor service has done by this organization. Because of this company the caterers name in the market has been dropped drasticaly.
Please take necessary action against this organization.
