Many a time complaint registered with Barathmatrimonial customer care thru TOLL FREE NUMBER 1800 3000 3344 regarding the up gradation of Matrimonial ID M885798 after the payment made thru ICICI cheque containing AC no 606601107441in favor Consim Info Pvt. Ltd but no result arrived rather than getting the reply that this issue will sorted out in 24 hrs.

The detail provided in their website is "Visit any State Bank of India branch in India to make your payments in cash. Pay to A/C No. 30999499021.Account Name: Consim Info Pvt. Ltd" and nothing else.

When we ask about the up gradation after the payment, they are asking which branch, branch code, cheque number (normally dropped in drop box) and the scan copy of receipt etc...

They don't have the track of creditors and ask may question when they have the option to see the creditors name matched with name provided in barathmatrimonialsite
