Deduction of Amount without my permission from my mobile no.9425545192 for different subscription

Without my permission money is being deducted from my cellone no. 9425545192 for different subscription by BSNL Mobile headed message, e.g. Rs.10/- for Indiatimes Subscription Services

Rs.5/- for Masti Pack, for few month.

First of all refund my deducted amount & further do not deduct my money without my permission.
