No Information present for my courier

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to track my registered post from Gurgaon.

The registered post reciept numbers is SPEH040437531IN.

I tired to trace it online on the official website of India post but that is howing "Status Unavaialble"

Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains my application form for B.E.
