Complaint against HOD of MCA dept. BVIMIT

Sir i am studying in Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Information Technology, CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai Setor 8.

I am doing MCa 3rd year. There is a teacher name Vaishali Patil who is Head of the MCA (Master Of Computer Application) Department in our college. she is torturing us from last two years. This time we are in final year 5th sem and our exam are from 30th Dec. But she want each and every student to do one project for college which is not mention in our university syllabus. She wants to develop different software for college such as payroll system, Placement cell System and many more. She is planning to charge full amount from college management by showing that she has purchased that software's from market. She has given us time for that but we are not able to complete it on time. She forcefully make us to commit for doing these projects. So this time she is torturing us that if we don't submit the projects then she is not going to sign our practical journals and also not allowing us to sit in pratical exams and final exams.

So Plese help me..

We are 50 students in our class and all are suffering from her behavior.
