Lecture only in punjabi

I hide my details due to some reason.in this college the teacher used to teach the lecture only in Punjabi.so the students that are coming outside the state like Himachal pradesh, bihar or other state, do not properly understand lecture in the class, or faced many problems.so this is one of the major problem for students.for this, we complaints to our chairman J.S dhaliwal.but no action will take from him or the mangement
