A student named mohini..roll no.1424144 has not received her marksheet till yet and the school (GNG Inter College, kanpur) is not letting her attend classes as original marksheet is not available.i would like to know if it was despatched or has the school lost it and what is the procedure to issue a new duplicate. pls do the needful asap..it's about someone's career and right to education, of which she is being deprived.
