Non- continuation of Course for my child

We have admitted ur son for 2 year preparation for IIT-JEE (enrolment no.12PS12DS0208) but due to illness he was not able to carry on the classes. We have deposited two instalments of Rs. 1.10 Lacs. We had submitted a letter also to them but refused to refund anything.

Now, my son has recovered but they are not ready to take him back in the classes and asking for retest whereas he has already cleared their test & on that basis payment was made. There is no satisfactory even after continuous persuation for last one month.

Pls provide us through whom the matter can be taken up & resolved.
