Dear Sir, I have subscribed to brilliant tutorial for study materials for class XI and Class XII for the academic years 11. I was receiving the study materials regularly till July. There after I am not receiving the same. I contacted the courier service several times over the phone but of no use except promise. I have written complaint twice to brilliant tutorial at email [email protected]. but no response has been received. I am pasting here the mails forwarded by Brilliant regarding the dispatch of study material, courier name, docket number etc.
My exams are nearing and I am dependent on this material. If it does not reach me in time my study will be disturbed. I request your immediate action to help me.
