Ph. D registration reg

Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject, i have applied for Ph. D degree in VTU under the guidance of Dr. Veerabhadraswamy, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Chemistry PESIT- Bangalore. I have qualified aptitude test which was conducted on 11th Sept. I have attended and successfully presented the outline summary of my research work in the interview held in VTU, Belgaum on 8th Nov. The VTU announced the approved list of candidates to register for Ph. D, unfortunately the VTU not announced the students list applied for Ph. D in Chemistry Dept., PESIT Research Center -Bangalore. In this regard i have enquired through telephonic conversation with VTU concerned officials several times it has been informed that the letter has been dispatched regarding registration. But still i have not received any letter regarding this. So herewith i am requesting you to send the letter as early as possible. I look forward for your favorable response.
