I have not recd my result

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my admission form in city post office in 2007 for the class of M.com but yet i have not received my admit card. and after all of this i have send a form of CONSUMER RIGHT and asked him that why they are not declared my result and they said that they are missed my form and they have to give me a offer that they give me my course fees which i have submitted in post office but they are unable to declared my result. but i don't want my fees back i want my result because its the matter of my future.

so i therefore request to you please help me in this matter and resolve my this problem.
