i got my birth certificate in year 2008. i passed out matric in 2004 and 2 by 2007. i wanted to go abroad for higher studies for which i require passport. i applied for the passport. But on my educational documents some correction was required according to birth certificate. i got corrected certificates of 8th and 2 p.s.e.b according to birth certificate. Because details on d.o.b certificate was different and on other educational documents it was different. so i gave application to cbse board also first they completed their procedure of correction they took all affaidavits and required documents from me and after then they refused my application and sent a letter to me that they cant make correction. but sir tell me what can i do? i need to get admission further im of 22 yrs now my time is getting wasted . my 3 yrs already got wasted. i challenged even cbse in high court but after 2 yrs now they reffered to put civil suite which is a long process .. all they are not worried about my future but their law is important. then who will be responsible for my future? their law? i am really frustated by all this, please help me out . passport authority wants my original 10th ceritificate to issue me my passport . and i cant get that untill correction is made in the certificate . i dont know what to do really confused and hurted by the delays of court decisions and the cbse board :(please suggest me.
