Cbse-change of date of birth

I am now doing my engineering degree and my original date of birth and DOB in cbse 10th certificate are different ..i passed cbse 10th examination in 2004 and now i need to change my date of birth to original date..i heard that it can be done only within 2 years of passing 10th standard... what should i do now to change it... can anyone help me??? please..
