DOB change

Respected Sir,

I am Sayyid Safwan from Kerala. I had completed my 10th in the year 2009.Now I am doing my 12th. There is a difference in my Date Of Birth in 10th certificate and Birth Certificate. The original DOB is 03/11/1992, but on my 10th certificate it is 31/05/1994.I need to change it. What are the things I need to do to undergo the changes? Hoping your reply.
