They are avoiding to refund my fees

Espected sir i m rahul s. ghevande from ghansoli navi mumbai. i was studing in chate acadmy for gp. reting course. and i hav paid 2.61 lac. n i i hav to pay more 2 lac. for further study but due to some domestic reson. i could not pay that 2 lac. n i want refund my fees. 1 year passed but they didn't return my fees so far even 1 Rs. they are avoiding me.. please help me. how can i get my mony back? my email id is [email protected] n contact no. 9768168458
