Priya was selected in 2009 in MBBS on CBSE seat in govt medical college Srinagar. On 2nd counselling she was relocated to G.M.C. Amritsar. Priya immediately applied for refund but has been denied so far ; because, the college officers need permission from higher up officers and are therefore helpless.
