I had tried to book a international air ticket through makemytrip.com

They collected my credit card of hsbc number through phone and send me the itteanary by email for conformation and asking for my passport scan copy I informed them that the name of one of the user needs to be changed as per passport

They informed me that they cannot change the name as the ticket has been dispatched would charge 2500 for cancellation

Till date I have neither received the original ticked nor the refund inspite of repeated followup

I feel this a a day light robbery by makemytrip
