Picture tube problem

I had purchased sansui TV of 21 inches from Jalaram appliances Deesa, on 8th September with one year warranty but after completion of warranty TV's picture tube is failed so i had changed it from Sansui's dealer by your company's employee. Now it is not working properly so, sir arrange for replace it.
