NONE PAYMENT OF SIXTH PAY ARREARA

Sir

i was working in DAV Public school BSEB colony Patna from Jan to July on regular basis I resigned in July to join government job and paid three months salary of notice period and was relieved. Now th school has paid the arrear of sixth pay from 2006 to the working employees and not to me. I have also sent the letter to the school requesting him to pay my arrear and reminder also but i have not received any response.

Please suggest me what the step I have to take
