Please, look into this matter. It’s been a month after my resignation from Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune, Maharashtra (india). And till date my salary is with-held for now reason. I tried to contact the authority but it all went in vain. So, I request you to please look into this matter and do me justice.
Earlier I tried to contact them and the copy of which I have pasted below.

Dear Ma’am,
I am an ex-employee of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune. I have emailed you to please disclose the fact why my salary of June is still not paid to me. As per the rule, I have served one month notice period in the institute, during which I have also worked on weekends whenever the institute needed me. But, I am very surprised by the fact that my salary is with-held for no reason.
Everytime when I call the Accountant & Registrar they keep on telling me that Symbiosis University has not given the letter signed by them so the process is delayed. Also, when I ask them what kind of letter it is, they keep on saying that “it’s a letter” (nameless letter, I haven’t been said about the letter). Anyways, my question is: Why I haven’t been paid the salary yet? And my co-worker naming Mr. Ashwin Baghele who resigned 6 days after me, has been paid the salary directly in his account. If I am not wrong then he should have been given a bank cheque for the 30 days notice period (as per the rules, but It seems the rule is different for others). When I asked about this to the Authorities I got to hear some unreasonable answer in a very rude manner. So, it becomes very irritating for me to ask for my money on phone.
Today after 11 days since I have resigned when I called to enquire about the cheque, the same was the answer with “undisclosed nameless letter, stating that Symbiosis University/Society is delaying the process”. Also, when I ask them, about the date on which the process will get complete, I get to hear the same unreasonable answer.
I am writing to you because as per the concerned Authority I everytime get to hear that the process is delayed from the Symbiosis University/Society.
Please do let me know the reason behind all this and the date on which my cheque will be issued to me.
