Refund of School Bus Fess

Hi

I admitted my son in DAV Public School Airoli in class Nursery for session 2011.But due to some reason i got transferred to delhi so i need to cancal the adminission. I submitted the request for cancellation of admission in the month of June. Till date i paid the school bus fees of 10175 Rs for the period July April. But my son did not use the bus for a single day.

Now i am asking for refund of bus fees but school authroties are not ready to refund me the bus fees.

At the time of submitting the cancelation request Principal Rajiv Gupta confirmed that the bus fees will be refunded but now he is not doing the same.

Please take this issues seriously and update me.
