Hosatl fees increse

Sir,

i m student of DOON VALLEY OF ENGINEERING & TECNOLOGY karnal HARYANA out side jundala gate KARNAL. B-TEC (EEE) i have submitted hostal fees thirty six thousands rupees april fees for the period, our insitutue increases sundenly without information and says all student submitted four thousands rupees extra for hostal fees. our hostal fess sturcture is thirty six thousnds only. but mid time of the year our collage say submitted four thousnads rupees extra otherwise student are not permited to enter examination hall. in this time our samester exam starat so all student are submitted four thosands rupees all student are suffer mentaly destorub so i have paid hosel fees dec. all studnent are suffering of this type of problem. so i can say that all student paid hostel fees yearly basis but our collage how can say submitted extra fees . plz neccsary action of our collage
