Unsatisfied from visual media

Dear Sir,

I was student of visual media Chandigarh www.visualmedia.co.in course name fashion designing cad. visual media has committed for job and good quality of work. but they took 85000/- rs. from me. when i went there for certificate. they was asking for more money as certificate fess 5000/- another. and the teachers of institute are only 2 and they are not upgrade.

Please help me out from this.
