Education complaint

I am neeru srivastava. I am from Kanpur (up). I did PG Diploma in Advertising Public Relation and Corporate Communication from Rai foundation New Delhi in Baderpur Border Mathura Road, New Delhi. in 2003

But these Rai foundation Universities is frod. I spent 2 lac Rs.in one year course and hostel charges. I belong to the middle class family.my diploma is invalid in govt.and private sector both.

Please help me. I want to do claim these universities then that refund my fee.
