Rama institute of technology
Not returning my originals

I have taken admission in rama institute of technology, mandhana, kanpur but due to some reason i have to leave the college. I had left a college within a month

so they are not returning my originals as they say you have to submit a full college fees ..

many times i have gone to college for same reason but they do not give any answer.

please do help me as i need my originals for my studies.
