I have purchased fly handset model b450 on 10.03.2011 from super sales shop no 16 samarth plaza tapkir galli opp vasant cinema budhwar peth 411002 from 11.03.2011 i am facing problem of cross conection since i was in dhule for sme office work i could not launch a complaint or visit ur service centre in pune as i reachd pune on 15.03.2011 n visited ur service centre they checked the handset n told software is to loaded . i have faced a lots of problem bcoz of dis handset n my talktime is also wasted bcoz of crossconnection soo i request u to give me replacement of handset n i have noticed in ur service centre that this model is having soo many problems giv me replacement of another model having same featchrs waiting for ur reply thank you
