Non Refund of Security Money

Sir,

On the behalf of whole 2010 batch engineering graduates, i want to complain that we taken admission in Galgotia University formerly Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida. And deposited sum of Rs. 10000 as a one time security fee alongwith the college fee, which was to be refunded at the end of the graduation session.

But it has more than 1 years we guys have passed from the college. And also have submitted our No Dues Certificate to the College Office one year ago.

But college officials are pretending every time to refund the money saying that your cheques have been prepared and we will start distributing it only after one or month later, when we visit the campus for the security money.

There is no RTI SECTION from where we can enquire about our query that surely when they will refund in written. And it is not possible for us that we knock their door daily for that being very far from them and working in differen states.

Kindly resolve our problem and take necessary action.
