I am studying in 1st year of my engineering in Geetanjali institute of Science and Technology (GIST). I am going to apply for passport. Passport application requires my SSC certificate for education verification proof submission. When I contacted related department in my college, they were demanding me to pay the remaining 3 years course fees to give me my SSC certificate. This is very objectionable. It is like demanding money for my own certificates. Where shall I complaint for such cases. How do I solve this problem?
