Delay in application process

Sir,

i have completed my post Graduation from Govt.medical collge, Patiala-147001 in May. As a requirement of my higher studies in UK, i needed a certificate from Principal about the examination pattern.i e Distribution of marks for theory and practicals, criteria/guidelines for appointing examiners for PG practical/clinical Examination. For the same, i submitted a application through the fax, by speedpost in Feb lastweek and also in person through one of my friend. till now, i havenot received any feedback from them though the documents.whenever I call the person involved in the work he says the file is yet to be signed initially (first week of march), now he is saying its still kept pending. As its one of the life deciding factor for me to get Neonatology training abroad and my Fellowship application will not be processed till i submit the required document, my future educational opportunities are at stake.

I request you to intervene appropriately and help me in getting the required document.
