We the Parents and Students of ACME College of Arts & Science (Affiliated to Osmania Unversity), Appajji Complex, Super Bazar Bus stand Malakpet, Hyderabad, with deep regret, brings to yours kind attention that the management of this college has indulged into several irregularities as to the Academic Almanac. Further, the said college failed to provide the basic Academic requirements and other basic requirements to the students al large. The career of the hundred of students of this college is put at stake with a use of political influence in the Osmania university from time to time to level their irregularities regarding. (i.e)

a) In adequate & Non-availability of the following_

a) Size of the class rooms; air circulation and lighting; Absence of teaching aids- blackboard, multimedia projectors, computers; conditions of chairs/benches; acoustics

b) Small & In sufficient Size of faculty rooms; No privacy for Ladies faculties & Staff ; availability of blackboard/ whiteboard; computers; internet access

1. Improper Physical structure of the College Building without fire or other safety needs

2. The Lecturers in this College are NOT qualified & Eligible to teach the B.Com I, IInd and Final years.(they were appointed by the College not by the University authorities)

3. This College is granted with Additional Section permission by the Osmania Unversity WITHOUT any " Commerce Lab Facility" & other academic requirements.

4. No Library, No Books to the students for reference.

5. No Drinking Water, Urinals facilities to Students.

6. Only 4 new Computers available in the College which are OUT-DATED and NOT Suitable to be used for Students Practical Examinations.

7. The said College is Situated at 4th Floor of Appajji Complex Building, which proves to be very cumbersome and difficult to the parents & Students of the College to go by steps, Where as the Lift is “NOT-FUNCTIONING".

8. Further the College authorities has increased the College fees for B.Com Course and Completely removed the B.Sc Course in the year 2011.

Despite, Several representations to the management of the College & Osmania University Authorities, had failed to yield any initiate and NO action in this regard and Osmania University authorities had not taken any correctional measures to look into the matter for several academic years, causing un-bearable hardships to the student’s community and playing with the career of the Students. In this Concern we the Parents & Student of the said college request yours kind concern to conduct an " SURPRISE CHECK" to review the above mention facts and please probe into the matter and take necessary urgent steps to do needful and oblige
