M.tech scholarship is not released to students on time in hbti for the whole year.

even poor reputed private colleges are giving it monthly.

i don't get it why they are holding students money when MHRD give it monthly all over country unbiased.

the only thing i can think is the officials are eating the bank intrest or investing it in their personal use.
