HCL CDC Ahmedabad
Certificate Not Issued

I have complete HCE Course from HCL CDC center Ahmadabad in April and till now February they have not give me Certificate for my course i have request so many time to the center and there Head Person like me so many student have hanging down for certificate the Fee is also complete..

so please help me out for this big problem because it is my future depend on that...
