No service after payment

Dear Sir/ Maa'M,

I Abhinay Jha had enrolled for N Certification on 12-Dec-09 and i was

advised that the course would start from 14-Dec-09 by the student

councellor Shailja. When i reached office on 14th i was advised to come after 3 days and since then i have been told the same thing for next 7

days. She wouldn't attend my call untill i would send an sms advising her

of the actions that i would take if the issue isn't dealth with. Later on

20th of Dec i was advised that trainer is suffering from Swine Flue and

so

the training is delayed, when i advised for refund of the amount now, i get

a new date to speak with her everyday. On 2nd Jan i called when i

was

advised by her that she was on leave and would be back on 4th jan.

The same thing was advised when i called on 04th Jan. Later on 5th Jan i was advised by her that she would get back to me by evening

regarding the issue which she never did. On 06th Jan when she didn't pick

my call i had send her an SMS advising that i would file a case against

HCL

CDC highly unprofessional attitude in consumer court and then would claim

for the compensation. I just checked in google.com and i saw that their

are many students who were trated the same way.

I would request you to please get my refund the amount that i had paid for education as i no more wish to continue with this eductational institute.
