I lost my high school and Intermediate certificate passed in 1965 & 1967 respectively from Boad of high school and intermediate Ed. Allahabad, U.P. I appeared from Panna Lal Bhalla Municipal inter College, Hardwar. My roll no for high school is 19522 and for intermediate is 9587 . I do have photo copy of the above certificate if it can help me. Let me know how to proceed into the matter and seek duplicate certificate. What are the charges for the same and what type of affidavit are to be attached to seek the certificate.
