Hi,

I had enrolled for ICFAI MBA course. Midway during the course, the program structure was changed. Now for appearing for exams scheduled in July I have a course "Information Technology & Systems" for which I have no courseware. Upon trying to contact the numbers provided in online student service page, both the toll free numbers are always busy. Mails sent to the email IDs bounce off. I am at a loss as to with whom I should take this up further.

Overall the response is pathetic to the point that ICFAI gives a damn about what others think of it. I am beginning to wonder if it is worthwhile to seek MBA from ICFAI when it doesn't know how to manage its complaints, telephone queries or its website.

Can anyone also advise on the legal approach to this problem?
