Please find the details of the mail which i have sent to ICFAI team and waiting for the response . to give the Background, I have registered for the july exams and tried 3 times but its not sucessful. But 3000 is dedcucted from my account instead of 1000 and the confirmation mail also for the credit of the their account also i got, but now if i have to book the slot and register but its not showing that button activated for me, i have contacted the toll free number one of the institute person from bangalore Suresh -9449672044 and not getting any help for the same . they are telling it will be activated within 24 hours but till now from last 12 days there is no reponse, I am getting very worst experience with this university Dont do any MBA with this University.
Please help me in this regard.

Please find the mail reference below, I have trying to register July Exam on May 21 st and all the thee transactions for the same exams showing successful, but on that day I am getting some Dump without getting that message as the your transaction successful. Still its asking for Payment while enrolling for the seat.
Please find the below three confirmation I got from university and also the amount debited from the University, Please help me in this regard you can make only one transaction successful and other two transactions of RS 2000.00 to can creadited back to my account.
Please let me know any other details you required for the same.

have registered for the exams on 21 st as below screen shot but at last I got some error and I am not able to check get the message saying that your transaction is successful, I have done the same 3 times as per the below screen shot so all the 3 times the amount has been debited from account and credit to your account, Please check from your side and credit my account with excess 2000 which is debited from my account.
Please let me know any other details you required for the same. I had discussion with your executive she told all the 3 transactions are succesfful.
