Non payment of salary

Sir,

I would like to take your attention towards malfunctioning of institute named as Institute of Engg. & Tech. Alwar. On papers is accrediated institute but in reality this institute is not deserving even for running a school. The regular courses like B.Tech & M.tech are run by the institute, but in reality there are no classes engaged for M.Tech and few classes for B.Tech. I have worked as faculty members in institute for one year. At the time of leaving this college I have served one month notice in written as my appointment terms and conditions. I was willing to serve the institute for my notice period, but director of the institute had ordered his subordinates not to mark attendance me in the attendance register, even though the institute had not paid me the salary of the last month of my service of the institute. It is worst institute i have seen in life.
