Regional center Office timing not helpful phone will be 90% of times dead

The IGNOU Regional center has the office timings of,

10.30am to 12.30pm, 2.30pm to 4.30pm on Monday to Friday

Saturday and Sunday Holiday as per "http://www.ignourcblr.in/contactus.html"

It's very good and helpful initiative fomr IGNOU that, for working/Nonworking professionals IGONU is offering the distance learning.

But the Support from the regional center is not that good for the people who are working.

1) The Office timings are not helpful for the working people to contact as the office is not open on saturdays.

2) The telephone numbers provided are most of the time out of order, and even if it rings no one picks.

3) If the office is not open on saturday's then atleast the office should be open form Monday to Friday upto 6.30pm. (Considering the working people)

I Kindly request Concerned people to consider my suggestion and Make the Regional Center to be open and available on Saturdays. This will be a big relief for all the working people.
