Esult not declared and assignment marks

My name is Meghna Jain, I am student of Ignou university BDP (B.SC) programme. My enrollment number is 075782996.

I have submitted all the assignment for 2nd and 3rd year but still marks are not reflected on grade sheet on internet. Also result for 3rd year LSE-05 still not declared due to this I am unable to apply for job in companies.
