Fee refund

I have paid an amount of rupees 25000 to book my seat at iipm for the integrated bba, mba course.. Their counciller repeatedly told me that this amount is refundable before i gad paid the money, now when i ask them for refund they make multiple reasons, and dont recieve the calls.. i paid the money to them sitting here in srinagar but they arent refunding it back.
