i rajesh kumar mishra student of ims engering collage mba 1st year 2nd semester has attaindence 60%above in the register of faculty of mba.imsec provided admit card those student whose attaindence is more then 60% but not provide me admit card and said me that your attendece is 52% on portal due to late submition of registration form.according to gbtu norms attaindece shell be counted from the date of admission in the collage.2nd semester classes was start from 1st fbbruary and i was present in all classes and my attaindece was per day mention on register. according to register my attaindence was 60% above but due to late submittion of registeretion form on portal my attaindece is 52%after submition of registration form.university take attaindence from date of admission not after registration form.due to not admit card came my year back and loss of Rs.151000 and one year.
so.
sir please look all condition and do suitable judge for this case.
