with reference to my earlier complaint with you that my son Mr. Dhananjay Mishra had sent AIEEE2009 application No.1215065 in January.
How ever up to 06.04.2009 he had not received his Admit Card.
for getting duplicate Admit card he have sent the necessary papers along with DD amounting to Rs.50/-
and it is also have been delivered at their office.
till date his ROLL NUMBER is not allotted. and it is also not refelaction on his site.
pl. help us in this regard.
Pl. also help us that if we are not getting the Admit Card till exam date how we will get our paid fee back.
in this regard every days complaint made to concern officer are enclosed herewith for reference.

Why my application no 1215065's roll number not not appearing on site.
Pl note that every day I am sending you letter through email.
I have send the DD and other papers for the process of duplicate Admit card except Rs.30/- not paid by me in confusion.
in this regard the site print is attached. you will found that how complicated is the sentence.
clearly it is not written that DD amount should be Rs. 80/-
Every day I am requesting you that pl arrange to send admit card I will pay the postal charges what would be. But
till today i.e. 21.04.2009 my roll number is not allotted from your side.
Then, how I will get duplicate admit card. Pl. advise.
if possibility is not there to sending or getting admit card please advise how to get paid fee back.

Please check on website www.aieee.nic.in (if particulars are available at webssite) you may get a print out of Roll NO and centre name. You may contact centre superindedent on 26.04.2009 alongwith two photogrphs well in time either one day before or before an hour earlier from start of examination.

The Admit Card will be sent by post "Under Certificate of Posting (UPC)" to the candidates (including those who made application online) about four weeks before the conduct of the examination, however, the Board will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise due to loss of admit card in transit. It will be the responsiblity of the candidate to contact/write to the Board in case he/she is not in receipt of the Admit Cards by 6th April. Such requests be sent to Assistant Secretary (AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2 Institutional Area, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110 092 with 2 photographs (as pasted on the Application Form), one should be attested by Principal of the institution where candidate is studying/passed XII or by the gazetted officer. Photocopy of the Application Form, proof regarding remittance of fee (photocopy of the Demand Draft/Challan) in respect of those candidates who have made application online, and the original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get a duplicate Admit Card. Such request for issue of duplicate admit card should accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi amounting Rs.50/- as fee and additional Rs.30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates. Request for the issue of admit card after the examination will not be entertained.
