In request to know how to apply for duplicate statement of marks

I Bomma. Nishanth i have completed my 10th standard from sivani the international school in the year 2005.i have xerox, pass certificate (original).

i am in very much need of my statement of marks.so please i request you to please me process involving in appling for duplicate as early as possible.
