Egotistical Attitude between teachers

Egoistical attitude in between new comers and old teachers results to reduce the courage in their activities. In this new school from this year onwards the major disadvantage is promoting the students who is studying under old teachers. Also trying to promote the children of the teachers by introducing some false play. Miss. Riya Thangale of 1st standard is an example for the same. If anybody can take any action please do it. Here it is very difficult to meet the management people or principal.
