No fees refund

I took admission in aug in JIET affliated to kurushetra university. i gave an amount of 75, 000 as fees but due its bad faculty and infrastructure, i left the college. i complained to the principle about my complaint but instead of taking any action, he asked me leave the college without any refund in fees. i left the college after four days of my reporting day. and took admission in Northern india enggneering college in delhi. please take serious action against this institute. i need the funds urgently.
