I have remittedrs 950 as cost of books namely Banking Guide by G.Subramaniam & interview Mastermind via S.B.I through their journal no 19683138 on 21.02.2011 but am yet to receive the books even as my exam is near by. Please despatch the books immediately or return mu money back.
