We are a Platinum level advertiser in Just Dial. At the time of signing of the contract, Just Dial promised Call Connect facility (if an end user calls Just Dial looking for a service we provide, they will directly connect the end user to us by phone). This way, leads are not lost and end user gets timely service. However, after signing of the contracta nd the processing of the payments, we are not getting the Call Connect service. Fraud? I think so.
