Not receiving mark sheets and certificate

I am Shreya Sureshkumar, Candidate No.1984, BMM (Sem. VI) examination held in April.

i have received a letter from University of Mumbai ref.no. Exam./Arts/1269/of 2010 dated 05/08

to collect my statement of marks from M.J.Phule Bhavan (Examination House) First Floor, Room No.24, Vidyanagari, Mumbai-98.

Unfortunately till to date i have not received my mark sheets and certificate, whenever i go there they are keep on telling me "come after three days", despite several visit and several call i haven't received my certificate.their attitude is very discouraging and irritating.

i would like to know please when i will get my above documents, so that i can submit the same for PG.

also please let me know to whom i have to contact for this? any higher authorities?
